Nominator's project description
| Professor McMullen is a leading mathematician and well-known for his work on complex geometry and dynamical systems. He has made important contributions to iterative solutions of polynomial equations, renormalization of rational maps, geometry of 3-manifolds and to the dynamics of billiard tables. In Germany he intends to continue studying the dynamics of moduli spaces. |
